High Speed Cable Feeding Machine HY-8060

Using high-quality national standard beam channel and rectangular tube welding, the spindle hole is processed by the boring machine, its structure is solid and appearance is beautiful. The 4kw brand reducer motor with frequency converter controls the wire feeding speed (the max speed is 2m/s and the max wire diameter is 25mm), the upper and lower limit control the electric lifting wire tray while manual operate loading and unloading it.

The tension pulley: it is divided into upper wheel set (3 slices) and lower wheel set (2 slices), its diameter is 250~500mm.

Velocity feedback: when the computer stripping machine is working, the tension pulley is also moving, it drives the potentiometer running through sprocket wheel, then the potentiometer feed back the signal to the inverter to control the speed of pay-off motor thus making the feeding speed and stripping machine synchronize.

Tension adjustment: according to the wire specification to increase or reduce the balancing weight on the chain which can adjust the wire tension. The total height of tension bracket is 2000mm, it is convenient to coil the wire.
