HY-621 is a fully automatic wire processing equipment, there are three separate processing unit station.Within the scope of the technical specifications, HY-621 is suitable for the following wire rod working：

3) Standard modular design structure,belt conveyor mechanism is adopted.According to customer requirements,any combination of coding length measuring feedback device which integrated with various processing modules (crimping machine, sealing, etc.) can greatly improve the feeding accuracy, and the maximum feeding speed can up to 6m/s.

4) Using pressure detection system, can monitor each time crimping pressure,  pressure curve real-time transmission back to the main control system is analyzed, which can effectively detect broken cable copper, cable insulation miss stripping ,   terminal miss crimping, pierce sealing and terminal crimping deformation defects, such as automatic identify non-conforming, take-up system for waste discharge, improve the wiring harness product percent of pass;

5) High efficiency servo crimping system is adopted. The crimping unit communicates well with the host machine. More efficient built-in test system is used to accurately locate the punch position. All parameters can be set in the software.

6) The operating software is simple and convenient, and various wire/terminal selection is built into the system. When performing a dangerous operation, both hands must be pressed simultaneously to eliminate the possibility of touching the dangerous area.
